The Wedding of Creon and Elyon de Neverse

Naboo Countryside

An elegant collection of flowers were arranged around a podium. It was located just outside the villa given to the couple as a wedding gift. Opaque blue curtains draped over the gazebo that shaded the podium, with an extension to pillars of wood that squared in a collection of seats for the guests. Fruits and wine were provided for guests. It was a time where friends and family came together in harmony to celebrate a union of love. The groom mingled with the other guests to brighten their spirits until the ceremony was to begin.

After the opening speech of Creon and Aura comes the solemn moment. Elyon was already ready at the end of the crowd of bridesmaids; the girl who scattered the petals and the boy who carried the rings. She knew it was her turn now. The band started playing the classic Naboo wedding song.

Elyon clutched a bouquet of forget-me-nots and royal white lilies that were tied with a blue ribbon. Then she proudly stepped out from under the columns into the main wedding aisle between the rows of chairs on which the guests were now turning to look at her.

The music played and Elyon walked towards the ceremonial stage with a smile. She was very happy and nervous at the same time. So she looked at Creon And then over the guests, and saw the faces of the friends who honored her and Creon by coming to their wedding. She was at home, surrounded by friends and about to marry the love of her life. Her life couldn’t be better at this moment. The song stopped as Elyon gracefully stepped onto the stage and took her place alongside her husband-to-be.

Standing between two other members of Odan-Urr invited to the celebration, Ka Tarvitz watched as the procession played out. For once clad in something besides armour plating, and having had to find a suitable set of robes from among Kiast’s tailors, he nevertheless stood out thanks to his battle-worn features. Like a number of those among the crowd, they had all seem their fair share of fighting, making for an odd contrast of finery and old wounds. Giving a grin at the sight of Elyon waiting at the podium, he looked about to watch the reactions of the other audience members. However bleak the galaxy could become, it was nice to see that there were some things still worth celebrating.

Aura wore her finest Jedi robes for the occasion as she watched her friend walk down the aisle, radiant and happy. The Force celebrated from within her, bathing the crowd in a happy feeling, even if they didn’t know it. The crowd looked up towards the two standing next to each other, Elyon in her beautiful Naboo wedding dress and Creon in his finest suit. The sun’s evening rays bathed the crowd in a golden hue, which fell on the ends of Elyon’s dress. It was a beautiful scene. Elyon and Creon looked at her expectantly, clearly nervous but happy. Aura smiled and put a hand on each of them for a moment, hoping the stories about Zeltrons calming others naturally was true. The Jedi Master took a deep breath, pulling in the happy mood for a moment and then began.

“Today we are gathered here to celebrate Elyon and Creon in their union. The Force brought these two together and now it is my pleasure to officially bond them together.”
