Session export: [TAL] The Summit Vacation

“`GM: The sun rises over the peaks of the Arreat Mountains, the fog which fills Port Kasiya and the Karufr Lowlands each morning slowly rescending back into the ocean and the sky.

The lights of the city began powering down, and civilians slowly start beginning to exit their homes to start their days at work. Shopkeepers raise the blinds on their doors, entering to prepare for yet another glorious day with opening just a few hours away for them.

Cleaning droids move throughout the city center and Holmes, cleaning the streets and emptying trash containers. Airspeeder traffic starts up in the skies above, just a few at a time before gradually picking up and splitting into multiple lanes.

As a whole, the city was coming to life the same as it did each day like clockwork. The only difference of today…was that the leadership of the Taldryan Republic had gathered together on the 47th floor of the Taldryan Tower, on one of it’s exterior shuttle landing pads.

On it sat a white lambda, and in front of it stood the Supreme Chancellor Appius Wight. Near the end of the walkway stood the three leaders, all shoulder to shoulder to…much shorter shoulders…

Though the Supreme Chancellor would not say what this was about, they stood there eagerly awaiting him to speak.”`

“So, it’s become apparatus to me that we have all been overworked. As Supreme Chancellor, I felt a little bit of bonding time couldn’t hurt,” Appius pointed to the Lamda behind him. “We are going to have a little tour of Kasiya. Its important to get some perspective over our home, and it’s important for the people to see us out and about outside of the city.”

“An interesting concept,” Teebu remarked as he tapped his chin with the index finger of his right hand, his elbow resting firmly in the palm of his left hand. “Ever since the Great Jedi War we have not really gone to scout the world much less the numerous settlements across the regions. Maybe also see how the Bounty Hunter collective in the Kasiyan Wilds are faring. We also have not seen the ice formation progress after the pirate frigate crashed into Phendrana, or how Cloudhaven has been in terms of the radiation and levels. The researchers there would be pleased to see us I am sure. Which, I’m assuming we are visiting both given the strange requisition forms that crossed my desk for both heat and cold resistant gear for someone of my stature as well as three other sets.”

Ellisyn uncrossed her arms and put her palm over her face “Damn it Darrio…” She mumbled. The Lawyer had taken the day off work to be here under the pretense of leisure, an effort to bridge the gap between Ellisyn and Appius. And here she was, about to work for free. She slid her hand down her face, sighed, and crossed her arms again.

Appius clasped his hands together. Oh come on, it won’t be that bad! It’ll be fun! You’ll see! Don’t you think so…“ He stopped and paused for a minute, looking again at the fourth member of the quartet. "Sorry, what was your name again?”
