Session export: HMR Quaestor's Office

Sitting at the desk of his office in Kar Alabrek, Locke looked back and forth between several temporary holo displays he had set up around the office. One showed that there was an uptick in crime on Tarthos since his ascension to Quaestor. Another showed the current status, population, and other information of major settlements including the cities on Tarthos and the New Inos Outpost (which he had still not thought of a name for, so right now it was just called 'Inos One', or "I-One".) Then one showed the House's ships and troops and where they were currently assigned, another showed short bios on major personnel, etc. It was the one showing the crime rate that most interested Locke. He pressed a button on his desk, using it's comlink. "Summon Aedile Sanguinius Entar please," he said. "I'll be expecting him."

The Entar's comlink beeped twice, demanding his attention. "Yes?" he enquired, tapping the wireless speaker in his ear. "The Quaestor would like to see you immediately." came the tired voice of Locke's much put upon administrative aide. Sanguinius merely smiled to himself, imagining the aide complaining about all the work they had to do. "Of course, I will be there momentarily." The Aedile replied and closed the link to the aide. It would take less than 5 minutes to make his way through the building that the pair had their offices in, however, Sanguinius hurried through the corridors, nodding and smiling in greeting to the workforce he encountered along the way. A couple of minutes later, the Anaxsi knocked on the open door to the larger external office that housed Locke's administrative aide and the Quaestor's office. "I see the old man is keeping you busy," Sanguinius chuckled as he greeted the aide. "As he ever does, Aedile. You can go straight in by the way, he's expecting you." The Adept thanked the aide, and knocked on Locke's door, opening it as he did so. "You called?"

"Yeah," Locke said. "Hope you weren't busy." He put his feet up on his desk and gestured to the holo screens around the office. "No doubt you already know about that mess in Markosian, but sources indicate that there are also criminal groups in Kar Alabrak and New Eden that think this might be a good time to make a move for power. "I was wondering, how do you think we should curtail this? I'm sure I'm not the most charismatic guy these days. One of our members - Koji - suggested infiltrating these groups, or starting our own, but I am open to ideas." He sighed, looking from Sang to the screens and back at Sang.
